One of my favorite things is a good joke or funny picture. The Internet has no shortage of pictures and jokes alike, and you've probably run into quite a few. Unfortunately, humor on the Internet often has a problem: either it's profane or downright obscene in its language and/or content, or it's just not funny (knock-knock jokes and "why did the chicken cross the road?" anyone?)

Because of the dearth of clean, family-safe humor on the Internet, long ago I started keeping every clean joke and funny picture someone e-mailed me or I ran across on the Internet. I've always cherished my collection because it was like a treasure chest of humor I could dip into whenever I was having a bad day or it was one of those weeks where it's Monday all week long.

Of course, one of the best things to do with a good joke is to share it with others. That's why I've put my humor collection online here to perhaps brighten your day and provide a place where you and your family can go for a laugh without fear of what you're going to find.

I have made my best effort to ensure that none of the jokes or pictures is offensive to anyone or any social or professional group. To that end, you will not find jokes about lawyers or blondes or jokes denigrating women or men. Still, I realize that it's probably impossible to post a humor collection and not offend the sensibilities of some. If you are offended by anything in the humor collection, please know that it was not my intention to offend and know that you have my sincere apologies.
